This policy explains what information HomeQuotePlus collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. HomeQuotePlus is a brand of Up Ads Media Inc. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Up Ads Media Inc.

Who we are

HomeQuotePlus is run by Up Ads Media Inc., 3241 Peter St, Windsor, ON N9C 1H6, Canada. You can reach us at offer@homequoteplus.com.

What we do

We send emails about offers. Some offers are our own. Others come from other companies (we call them advertisers) for things like home services, insurance, loans, credit cards and other products and services. We are not those companies.

Information we collect

When you fill out one of our forms, for example a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number and ZIP code, if the form asked for them
• Your answers to the form's questions, such as the kind of home project you are interested in
• The date you signed up and which ad or form you used

When you use our unsubscribe page, we record your email address, the date and time, and which email you unsubscribed from.

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site. The images in our emails load from our website. We do not use this to track whether you opened an email.

How we use your information

• To email you offers from us and from our advertisers
• To remember who unsubscribed, so we stop emailing them
• To answer you when you write to us
• To keep records the law requires and to prevent fraud and misuse

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not give, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers. When we email you an offer, the advertiser does not get your name or email address from us.
• We do not call you or send you text messages.

When you click an offer

Offer links take you to the advertiser's website. The link may tell the advertiser that your visit came from us, so that we can get paid. Once you are on the advertiser's website, anything you give them is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one. Please read it before you share your information with them.

Who else handles your information

We use a few service providers to run our business. For example, Google provides the email account we send from and the service that hosts our website and stores our unsubscribe list. Our service providers handle your information only to provide their services to us.

If you filled out a form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta also collected that information under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe on our unsubscribe page, or by writing to offer@homequoteplus.com with the word "unsubscribe". We stop emailing you within 10 business days. We keep your email address on our do-not-email list so that we do not email you again by mistake.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information while you are on our email list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only what we need to make sure you stay unsubscribed. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, except your email address on our do-not-email list and anything the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information

Write to offer@homequoteplus.com from the email address that is on our list. We may ask you to confirm that it is you. We will reply within 30 days.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting who can see our list and using secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.

Where your information is stored

We are based in Canada. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and in other countries.

Children

Our forms and emails are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Our website does not track you over time or across other websites, and we do not let other companies collect information about you on our website for that purpose. Because of this, our website works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
